Our refund policy and satisfaction guarantee are simple at HeySunday. If you are unsatisfied with your first time purchase of HeySunday for any reason, please reach out to email@example.com and let us know. We will either send you a replacement product or refund your order, depending on the circumstances. A “first time purchase” refers to a product that you purchase for the first time from us. PLEASE NOTE: First time purchases of more than 2 items are not eligible for our money back guarantee.
Your refund will be credited back to the card you used to make your purchase, and it will arrive back in your account within 7-10 business days. If this is not the case, please don't hesitate to reach out and let us know so we can check on it for you.
Recurring Subscription Orders:
Once a recurring order (i.e., an order for a product that is not a first-time purchase product) is processed (either as part of a subscription or not), we cannot cancel it and will not accept returns. Therefore, we ask subscribers not interested in receiving their next order to cancel/skip it at least 24 hours before it automatically renews and ships. The delivery schedule can be monitored and managed in real-time on the customer portal. Cancelations made in one's customer portal are for future orders not ones that have already been processed.
We love feedback and might ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of what your experience was. We also really appreciate it when you send us a photo of your product if it is damaged, unusable, or in any way not what you expected.
