First-Time Purchase Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your first-time purchase, you may request a refund or replacement.
A “first-time purchase” means the very first order of a specific product made directly from HeySunday.
Please note: Our 100% money-back guarantee is designed to let new customers try HeySunday products risk-free. The guarantee applies to your first order of a specific product, up to two units (e.g., 2 single packs or the equivalent in a bundle/multi-pack). If your first order includes more than two units of the same product, the guarantee will only apply to the first two units. Any additional units beyond this amount are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Subscriptions and Recurring Orders:
Once a recurring order (i.e., an order for a product that is not a first-time purchase) has been processed and a confirmation email issued, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customers who do not wish to receive their next subscription order must skip or cancel at least 24 hours before renewal through their customer portal. Changes made in the portal apply only to future orders and do not affect any order already processed.
We value feedback and may ask you a few questions to better understand your experience. If your product is damaged, unusable, or not what you expected, we appreciate it if you can send us a photo to help us improve.
